Through direct investment, the TCSF program focuses on technology commercialization, investing in companies that are ready for venture funding. To be eligible for TCSF investment, a company must be a for-profit C-Corp or LLC, and the investment must be for technology commercialization.

The TCSF program makes equity or convertible debenture investments in companies preparing for commercialization. Financial returns are then reinvested in other projects.

INVESTMENTS

•	Maximum total investment: $250,000

ELIGIBILITY

•	Business must be a for-profit Kansas C-Corp or LLC
•	Investment must be for technology commercialization

MATCHING FUNDS

•	KTEC monies must be matched 150% by the business (60/40 split)
